The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) as an Investment Promotion Agency is centered on attracting new investors, both domestic and foreign as well as encouraging existing locators to expand their investments in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (CSEZFP).

CEZA, through its Marketing and Investment Promotions Department is proud to present the Investment Relations Desk (IRD) Team composing of select officers and staff in Santa Ana Office, in Tuguegarao Office and in Mandaluyong Office.

The Investment Relations Desk from the Mandaluyong Office provides the strategic guidance in regulatory requirements, registrations and actionable information on the national level. They are responsible in collaborating and coordinating with the interlinked departments or divisions in relation to the needs of locators based on the after-visit report submitted to them.

The Tuguegarao Investment Relations Desk addresses inquiries and facilitates support networks with line agencies and business institutions in the Province of Cagayan and in the whole Region 2 while the Santa Ana Investment Relations Desk Team is in charge with orientation of infrastructure and areas of interest and site visits within the jurisdiction of Cagayan Freeport and the entire municipality of Santa Ana to better picture the vast opportunities available in the zone.

The Investment Relations Desk is now ready to provide a warm and friendly business experience with CEZA. It is motivated to provide actionable information to prospective investors about the various programs, initiatives and investment opportunities in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (CSEZFP).
