Teresa, Jr. spearheaded the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and Groundbreaking Ceremony of the CEZA Housing Project at Brgy. Diora- Zinungan on Tuesday, July 9, 2019

Secretary Lambino alongside VP Sta. Teresa buried the project’s time capsule and as they embark on this housing project, the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority and PAG-IBIG are in agreement to building a place that the people of Santa Ana will be happy to call their OWN. A place where they can come together in strong, thriving communities for the generations to come.

The Secretary underscored the need and urgent mission of providing housing and community for the people of Santa Ana, Cagayan. “This is not just my economic mission as the Administrator and CEO of CEZA, but IT IS MY MORAL MISSION to give our dear locals the access to decent and livable homes. It is about social justice and building a fairer and stronger Sta. Ana that is truly fit for the future generations”, he said.
