1. Client will contact the Fire and Safety hotline number 09052186674 or directly proceed and seek assistance and provide the following information:

The fire and Safety personnel upon receipt of the information shall automatically alert the Emergency Medical Team and FSD   personnel for immediate response.

 

FSD shall records all information gathered like complete name of the caller, type and location of incident and the like. Forward information to concerned agencies.
