Sec. Katrina Ponce Enrile, Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA), personally attended the plenary deliberation of its 2024 budget proposal during the presentations of Government Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) held on September 22, 2023 at the House of Representatives. A total of Ph₱500 million budget for 2024 was granted to CEZA through the sponsorship of Appropriations Committee Vice Chairperson and BHW Party-list Representative Angelica Natasha Co.
