President Rodrigo Duterte signed the Act. No. 11032 or “An Act Promoting Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery (EODB EGSD Act of 2018), Amending for the purpose Republic Act.  No. 9485 Otherwise known as the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) of 2007. In addition, Section 2, Rule IV (Citizen’s Charter) of the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of RA 11032 mandates the inclusions of the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) in the Citizen’s Charter of all Government agencies to be part of their complaint’s mechanism.

The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority through the leadership of Secretary Raul L. Lambino strongly supports this endeavor and shall continue to disseminate all information related thereof.
