(APIL), CEZA financial technology solutions and offshore virtual currency exchange (FTSOVCE) principal license on October 26, 2018 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Pasay City. This turnover ceremony was the highlight of the NiuEx launch and conference attended by hundreds of foreign and local blockchain and cryptocurrency leaders and enthusiasts, Philippine government officials and other guests. Also with them were (from left to right) Eagle Ke, NiuEx Technical Director; Cai Shai Xiong, APIL Vice-Chairman; Rowel S. Barba, CEZA Acting Chairman of the Board; and Raymundo T. Roquero, CEZA Acting Deputy Administrator.

Hong Kong-based APIL is the seventh recipient of an FTSOVCE principal license from CEZA. The license allows them to operate fintech and OVCE operations. A total of 17 FTSOVCE licenses have already been issued by CEZA, to date.
