PASAMOBA Multi-Purpose Cooperative is one of the stakeholders of the Community Based Tourism Project because they play a vital role in the tourism industry of Palaui Island Protected Landscape and Seascape. The group provides boat transport services to tourists in Sta. Ana, Cagayan. Through this, tourists are able to visit wonderful places in Sta. Ana such as  Crocodile Island and Palaui Island among others.

Prior to the formal organization and registration as a cooperative, members were actively engaged in fishing activities. As such, boat transport services to tourists was only an alternative livelihood to them but the continuous influx of tourist resulted to the high demand of their services. As such, the business activity of the cooperative undeniably boosted tourism in the Municipality and the entire Region as well.

This group has the highest income among all enterprises engaged in Palaui Community-Based Tourism.
