MEETING WITH HOUSE SPEAKER LORD ALLAN VELASCO: Secretary Raul Lambino, the Presidential Adviser for Northern Luzon and concurrently Administrator/ CEO of Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, held a meeting with newly-installed House Speaker Lord Allan Q. Velasco on Oct. 14, 2020.

Speaker Velasco assured his support to Secretary Lambino when he presented his plans and programs in CEZA and in Northern Luzon to include the construction of airports, seaports and railway systems.

Also present during their meeting at the House of Representatives in Quezon City were Department of Transportation Secretary Art Tugade and House Majority Leader Martin Romualdez.
