Orani, Bataan- The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority conducted a mock audit to the entire office of the Local Government Unit of Orani, Bataan last July 24, 2019 in preparation for its intention of securing the ISO 9001:2015 Certification.

Mayor Efren Pascual, Jr. welcomed the group as he gave inspiration and encouragement to all his staff so that their procedures be more efficiently undertaken and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. He added that the Municipality of Orani is aspiring to be ISO 9001:2015 certified so that the office can better serve its clients. “Having this certification would assure our constituents and partners of a well-managed Orani Local Government that is more responsive, effective and efficient in the delivery of its services”, he said

The CEZA IQA Team is considered external auditors that see the defects and lapses in the office processes of Orani LGU that must be corrected or at the very least minimized before the actual audit to be executed by Third Party Auditors on August 9, 2019.

The audit was based on the 7 Quality Management Principles such as: Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, and Evidence-based Decision.
