The offices of the Presidential Adviser for Northern Luzon and the Administrator/CEO of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority which spearheaded the relief operations to help our people who suffered much because of the devastating earthquake that struck Itbayat, Batanes would like to thank all those who have donated and shared their resources, time and efforts in making this mission successful and accomplished.
