We will soon be relocating our offices right in the heart of bustling Makati City. It will be near the historical Nielson Tower, an airfield of the Far East Air Force headquarters and the base of the US Far East School of Aviation, being the former premier gateway between Manila and the rest of the islands. Our neighboring area is the center of business conglomerates and commerce. Hence, it will be our new gateway to the rest of the world. With this positive move, and together with our resiliency to take on new challenges, we are certain of achieving our goal as we soar to greater heights.

I could not have done this all alone but with you, my fellow-workers in CEZA who know exactly the pulse and the rhythm of what it is to be of service to God and country. With four more years down the road, it is my hope and my dream that we will continue giving the best we have for the greater good. The challenges ahead will be plenty, but the talent given to each individual is by far more effective and pure. In your dedicated service, give me these and I shall multiply them a hundredfold.

As I had mentioned from a previous message, there will be no corruption in CEZA as long as I am the Administrator, and furthermore, it is my hope that when my term expires, the one who shall take my place will continue where we left off and embrace the legacy we shall leave behind.

Lastly, as we embark on more opportunities, think of these often: God, country, family, self. The last item should remain last, for it is only when we decrease ourselves can we truly be big in the eyes of the one who holds the destinies of all men.
