The Cagayan Valley Region has three operational airports to include the Cauayan City Domestic Airport in Cauayan City, Isabela, the Tuguegarao Domestic airport in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan and the Cagayan North International Airport (CNIA) in Lal-lo, Cagayan.
