CEZA is now ISO 9001:2015 certified! On February 26, 2018, Ma. Melanie Olbita, general manager of the International Standard Certification Philippines Inc., officially turned over CEZA’s certificate of registration to Sec. Raul Lambino, CEZA’s administrator and chief executive officer. Leonardo Cruz, CEZA’s Special Assistant to the A/CEO who chaired the Authority’s Quality Management System Core Team, said that the certification is a significant milestone for CEZA as it demonstrates the Authority’s dedication to consistently provide the highest standards of products and services to meet its customers’ satisfaction. ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization, with a membership of 162 countries including the Philippines, which has developed international standards to ensure that customers receive consistently high-quality products and services.
