Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) Administrator and CEO, Sec. Raul L. Lambino, concurrent Presidential Adviser for Northern Luzon (standing), addresses various concerns of farmers in Pangasinan, particularly those of Mangaldan and nearby municipalities during a Farmers Forum held recently at the Trishland Resort in Mangaldan. Lambino also distributed seeds, pesticides, chemicals and spray equipment to leaders of 2,500 farmer-attendees.
