Any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or any form of business organization, regardless of nationality, control and/or ownership of the capital may apply for a registration as a CEZA Enterprise in any area of economic activity, except only as is specifically limited by the Constitution, shall formally file its application (new or renewal) to CEZA.
