Tier I

All activities listed in the 2020 Investments Priorities Plan (“2020 IPP”) unless listed in Tiers II and III, such as, but not limited to:

Provision of IT-BPM services whether for domestic or export markets
Maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft
Production and manufacture of export products
Infrastructure and logistics
Mining
Mass Housing
Tourism
Energy

Tier II

This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

Green ecosystems
Defense-related activities
Industrial value-chain gaps
Food security-related activities

Tier III

This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

Research and development (R&D) and activities adopting advanced digital production technologies of the fourth industrial revolution
Highly technical manufacturing and production of innovative products and services
Establishment of innovation support facilities

Period of availment of incentives based on industry priorities: (Industry tiers are determined in the SIPP)
