As a CEZA registered investor, what visas can be issued to them?

A CEZA Visa is a multiple entry visa issued to foreign nationals employed by enterprises registered under the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority. The CEZA grants the following visas:

  • CEZA Working Visa (CWV)

A CEZA Working Visa is a temporary working and residency visa with a validity of two (2) years for new CWV holders and is renewed every year thereafter. This visa allows the foreign national entry to all Philippine ports of entry.

  • CEZA Investor’s Resident Visa

CEZA may grant a permanent residency status and visa to any foreign investor who establishes a business within the CSEZFP and who maintains a capital investment of not less than One Hundred Fifty Thousand US Dollars (US$150,000) along with his or her spouse, dependents and unmarried children below twenty-one (21) years of age.

The CEZA visas are company specific, thus, the company and place of work of the visa holder must still exist in order to validate the use of visas.
