Client Assistance on Entry and Exit within CSEZFP (Walk-in)

  1.2.2 If a visitor at any CEZA Office: The security officer shall collect the ID of the client/guest in exchange with the visitor’s ID or gate pass None 5 minutes Security Officer III/ OIC-Division Chief, Law Enforcement and Disaster Management Division
  1.2.3 If a visitor that needs assistance i.e. complaints, on- the-spot meeting with any of the CEZA employees, incoming documents:
Assists the client/guest by endorsing to the Public Assistance Desk Officer and monitor the same while they are still inside the Freeport Zone
