A HYBRID POWER GENERATION FOR THE CAGAYAN FREEPORT

CEZA, represented by its administrator and CEO, Sec. Raul Lambino, entered into another memorandum of understanding on February 28, 2018 with HPM Power Corp., represented by Paul Delanoe, Executive Vice President of Eco- Gen Energy Inc.; Ricardo F. Ligan, President of Social Hybrid Power Inc.; and Howard G. Roxas, President of Globalone- Asia Power Inc., for the creation of a turnkey distributed-generation facility/plant.

This undertaking aims to construct a turnkey distributed-generation facility, including 50 Eco-Gen JouleBox® units of hybrid solar/wind generators necessary to produce three megawatts of electrical power and an estimated total of over 26,000,000 kwh annually for exclusive purchase of CEZA, among others.
