MANGALDAN, Pangasinan — The highest ranking official of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) has pronounced the donation of the remaining smuggled luxury vehicles currently impounded in Port Irene in Sta. Ana, Cagayan to the police, the military and the local government units (LGUs).

The move had been made upon the instruction of President Duterte, who spared over ten Hummer vehicles because wants them to serve the purpose of the police, military and LGU services.

CEZA Administrator and CEO Raul Lambino said the military, the police, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), and LGUs in Northern Luzon particularly in Cagayan and Regions 1 and 2 provinces may now write their letter of intent or submit a resolution to availment of the remaining vehicles in Port Irene.
