In view of recent reports on companies claiming to be licensed by and/or associated with the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, please be informed that CEZA has NOT issued licenses to, and has NOT formalized any form of partnership with the following as of to date:

1. Freedom Traders Club, Ploutos Innovation Corporation, Ploutos Innovation Limited, and Ploutos Coin

2. Hedger Technology, Ltd. and Hedger Mining

3. iDragon Science Development Corporation

4. TEO Consulting Group. Inc , and ECP

5. Grace Exchange Inc. Ltd.

Please be informed that only the following have been duly licensed under the CEZA Financial Technology Solutions and Offshore Virtual Currency Exchange Business Rules and Regulations of 2018, as of to date:

No Filipino company, Filipino, or Philippine resident is allowed to apply for a CEZA OVCE License, and if so licensed, such licensee is not allowed to sell securities to Filipinos or to exchange tokens into fiat currency, unless they are registered with the SEC or the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), respectively.
