CEZA Film Festival showcases the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport achievements and development plans for the next 5 years.

It will encapsulate how far CEZA has gone as a catalyst for growth and development, its substantial contribution to the national and regional economy, its role to pull the economic growth in the regions (not only in region 2 but across Northern Luzon) and its impact in the lives of the community.

Most importantly, it will give an insight to where CEZA is heading to in the years ahead. More than the usual information and dissemination campaign, the film festival highlights CEZA’s accomplishments with the present leadership and its future undertakings for the development of the Freeport zone, the community and stakeholders.
This time, the pro-active campaign is on a nationwide reach since the invitation for this Film Making Competition has been launched across Northern Luzon covering Region 1,2,3 and CAR.
